This can be done with an intention of handing it over to your own personnel later, or Uniplus can run the department indefinitely. In one of our case studies, Uniplus set up a test lab and the business processes surrounding it and ran the department for six months. When the contract was completed, the customer negotiated for the key team members continue to run the department, but as employees.
