Catherine is author of the book “Illusions of Technology Project Management” to be released August 2011. She is scheduled to speak at the International Project Management Association (IPMA) 25th World Congress in Brisbane, ustralia 9-12 October, 2011. Her paper is titled 'Claytons Plan-The Plan You Have When You Don't Have A Plan', which covers the topic of the illusion of planning. Plans that look like plans but cannot be executed and do not provide predictability of project delivery.
